UM OLHAR DA BIOÉTICA PARA A ZOOTERAPIA / UNA MIRADA DE LA BIOÉTICA PARA LA ZOOTERAPIA / BIOETHICS VIEW ZOOTHERAPY

Os animais podem auxiliar em inúmeras atividades humanas incluindo terapias com benefícios já reconhecidos, contudo com algumas questões éticas. Logo, objetivou-se contextualizar social e eticamente o uso de animais como co-terapeutas e refletir sobre a intervenção da Bioética na normatização de um problema complexo, global e plural, tendo como plano de fundo o estudo de caso envolvendo tutores, animais e crianças portadoras de distúrbios mentais. A revisão de literatura evidencia que a zooterapia tem sido aplicada mundialmente resultando em benefícios biopsicossociais para pacientes de todas as idades, e em crianças refletindo em melhorias no processo educativo. Embora haja preocupação com as condutas direcionadas aos animais, a sua utilização como recurso ainda é endossada por uma ética antropocêntrica utilitarista. Obviamente que a melhora do paciente é o objetivo da ação, contudo o ser humano não pode estar no centro de uma atividade que envolve o compartilhamento de sentimentos. Existem questões relacionadas com instituições, profissionais, pacientes e animais que devem ser normatizadas, intermediadas e acompanhadas por um comitê de Bioética, ponderando as variáveis e projetando estratégias e alternativas que resulte no bem-estar de todos. Atitudes corretas estimulam o processo de humanização na saúde e recupera o paradigma do cuidado, prezando pelo bem-estar físico e mental do paciente e do animal que não deve ser visto apenas como ferramenta, mas resultado de uma relação simbiótica consolidada evolutivamente. Los animales pueden auxiliar en innumerables actividades humanas, incluyendo terapias con los beneficios ya reconocidos, sin embargo con algunas cuestiones éticas. Luego, se genera el objetivo de contextualizar social y éticamente el uso de animales como co-terapeutas y reflexionar sobre la intervención de la Bioética en la regulación de un problema complejo, global y plural, que tiene como plano de fondo el estudio del caso relacionado con los tutores, animales y niños con trastornos mentales. La revisión de la literatura evidencia que la zooterapia se ha aplicado en todo el mundo y ha resultado en beneficios biopsicosociales en pacientes de todas las edades, y en los niños presentando mejoras en el proceso educativo. Aunque haya preocupación acerca de las conductas que tienen que ver con los animales, su uso como recurso todavía está respaldado por una ética antropocéntrica utilitarista. Obviamente, que el objetivo de la acción es la mejoría del paciente, sin embargo, el ser humano no puede estar en medio de una actividad en la que implica el intercambio de sentimientos. Hay cuestiones relacionadas con las instituciones, los profesionales, los pacientes y los animales que deben ser regularizadas, negociadas y supervisadas por un comité de Bioética, tomando en cuenta las variables y proyectando estrategias y alternativas que resulten en el bienestar de todos. Las actitudes correctas estimulan el proceso de humanización en la salud y recuperan el paradigma de la atención, valorando el bienestar físico y mental del paciente y del animal que no deben ser vistos sólo como una herramienta, sino el resultado de una relación simbiótica consolidada evolutivamente.

Animals can assist in several human activities including therapies that result in acknowledged benefits, however there are some ethical issues. Thus, we intended to contextualize social and ethically the use of animals as co-therapists and to reflect on the intervention of bioethics in the establishment of conduct rules for a complex, global and plural problem, having as background the case study involving guardians, animals and children with mental disorders. The shows that zootherapy has been applied globally resulting in biopsychosocial benefits for patients of all ages, and particularly for children, reflecting improvements in the educational process. Not with standing, we can it is notable that although there is a certain concern about the conduct with animals, their use as a resource is still endorsed in a utilitarian anthropocentric ethics. Clearly, even though the patients' improvement is the goal, human beings cannot be at the center of an activity that involves the sharing of feelings. There are issues related to institutions, professionals, patients and animals to be standardized, intermediated and accompanied by a bioethics committee, considering the variables, alternatives and strategies that result in the well-being of all. Correct attitudes stimulate the process of humanization in medicine and allow the recovery care paradigm, valuing the physical and mental health of the patient and the animal, that should not be seen only as a tool, but as the result of a consolidated symbiotic relationship.

La aportación de la hermenéutica a la bioética ambiental ante el dilema biocentrismo versus antropocentrismo en la era de la globalización / A contribuição da hermenêutica para a bioética ambiental diante do dilema biocentrismo versus antropocentrismo na era da globalização / The hermeneutics contribution to environmental bioethics faced with the biocentric versus anthropocentric dilemma in the globalization era

El objetivo de este ensayo es mostrar el aporte de la hermenéutica filosófica a la bioética ambiental ante el dilema biocentrismo versus antropocentrismo. Por el primero se entiende la conservación radical e inalterable de la naturaleza, mientras para el segundo se concibe la explotación y comercialización de la tierra sin más límite que la ganancia. La hermenéutica filosófica es un método para fusionar y autolimitar estos dispares horizontes de valoración y significatividad. Dicho método recoge, a través de la ubicación histórica y conceptual, el origen de cada una de estas concepciones y sus respectivas tesis. Gracias a ello, postula la traslación de significados clave, como "tierra", "suelo", "ecosistema", "medio ambiente", hacia una noción holística de "biósfera". Con ello pretende la disolución del dilema y, a su vez, abrir la vía a investigaciones futuras que puedan abordar los dilemas de la bioética ambiental con la traslación hermenéutica de significados con distinto valor.

The aim of this essay is to show the contribution of hermeneutic philosophy to environmental bioethics faced with the biocentric versus anthropocentric dilemma. Biocentric means the radical unchanging conservation of nature, while anthropocentric means the exploitation and commercialization of earth with profit as the only limit. The hermeneutic philosophy is a method to unite and self-limiting these different horizons of value and meaning. Such method gathers through historic and conceptual location, the origin of each one of these conceptions and their respective thesis. Thanks to this, it applies the inclusion of key meanings, such as "earth", "soil", "ecosystem", "environment" within a holistic notion of "biosphere". With this it pretends to solve the problem and, moreover, to open the way to future research which could tackle the environmental bioethical dilemmas with the hermeneutic change of meanings with different values.

O objetivo deste ensaio é mostrar a contribuição da hermenêutica filosófica para a bioética ambiental diante do dilema biocentrismo versus antropocentrismo. Por primeiro entende-se a conservação radical e inalterável da natureza, enquanto, por segundo, se concebe a exploração e comercialização da terra sem mais limite que a ganância. A hermenêutica filosófica é um método para fundir e autolimitar estes díspares horizontes de valoração e significância. Dito método recolhe, através da localização histórica e conceitual, a origem de cada uma destas concepções e suas respectivas teses. Graças a isso, postula a traslação de significados chave, como "terra", "solo", "ecossistema", "meio ambiente", para uma noção holística de "biosfera". Com isso pretende a dissolução do dilema e, por sua vez, abrir a via para pesquisas futuras que possam abordar os dilemas da bioética ambiental com a traslação hermenêutica de significados com distinto valor.

On sustainable development of the medical cosmetic industry in China / 中华医学美学美容杂志

Objective To discuss the economic property and statu s of the medical cosmetic industry in China, and to reach the great goal of its ov erall, coordinating and sustainable development. Methods The logic reasoning method was used in this study. Results The author argued that cosmetic industry of medical treatment was a systematic key element in "cosmetic economy of medical treatment ", cosmetic industry of medical treatment was characteristic of " anthropocentric economy ". The private cosmetic industry of medical treatment was very important in the development of cosmetic industry of medical treatment. Cosmetic industry in medical developmen t was the social and economic base of the whole discipline of medical aesthetics and medical cosmetology science in modern China. Conclusion The formation of the cosmetic industry of medical treatment is the inexorabl e trend that the cosmetic undertaking development under the socialist market eco nomy condition. Three major development measures in cosmetic industry are: stren gthening industrialization consciousness, enhancing the trade norm and implement ing anthropocentric management. Thus, the cosmetic undertaking of medical treatm ent utilizing the industrialization mechanism, taking the road to industrialized development, has promoted the overall, coordination and sustainable development of the cause in the whole social cosmetic industry.
